Great company to work for. Charlie, is a great property manager. Noe, is an amazing maintenance technician. The annual company vacations are the best.

Luxe 1801 has been an amazing experience for my wife and I! Since our time here, we have always had such pleasant interactions with the property manager Kaila and the maintenance team. They are always seen working hard and going above and beyond to ensure they do as much as they can to keep our complex clean and repaired. I consistently see them working in the morning through to the evening, and even on weekends. Not only are they hard workers, but they’re also kind, courteous, and profesional! This has been a huge step-up from our previous apartment experiences here in the LA area! We have not had a single issue, question, or maintenance request go ignored or unassisted, they make sure to follow up as quickly as possible! Definitely a safe area too!
